Entrepreneurs Speak Up
Identify whatever business advantage you have and use them. It may be because you have knowledge of the culture of the East and grew up in the West. This is a specialized knowledge you can use.
Stack the deck in your hand to your advantage. You may be great getting the very best and most innovative people join your company. This is the team you can build. Amass your people resources. This is a golden philosophy of success in your entrepreneurship.
Design your company as you grow. Mistakes will be made, but growth is all about making the mistakes to redirect your business to the right path. This allows you to fine tune your business to cater to even more clients. This is building prosperity.
Know That You Can
Businesses are like little children as they are born and you, the parent/s must develop them. The faster and stronger you make them, the wiser and better able they will be to grow. This is how a niche can grow to become a mainstream player.
All the while you, the parent must know that knowledge you do not have today will come tomorrow. This is growth. But you must never balk at taking the bull by the horns and implement what is best for this child. If you shy away, this child will weaken and become anaemic. It will die very easily. However, a robust and strong business will have many strong and knowledgeable people mentoring and guiding it.
I’m being philosophical. But simply look up the growth of what were once little businesses that have grown really big today. Some are so important in our daily lives we can’t do without them.
