A personal (very teary eyed loss of someone important and close) event created this urge to write this. “This is your Final Hour!” A voice boomed. Your prayers fall on the universal powers and the Almighty grants you your final to do before you transform away from earth. What would you choose? Never mind the dramatics. I was just repeating the dream the friend related as he began his story of his greatest regret: his unfulfilled dream.

Staring At Bomb Blast

Death Awaits

Death awaits all of us. It all depends on when that may be. The feeling of knowing it’s the end of your road is difficult to describe. You must experience it to understand. But just try putting yourself in all or one of the following 8 situations.

* You might be staring at a massive bomb exploding just meters away.
* A speeding train is almost on top of your stalled car.
* That sinking feeling when you’re trapped in a sinking ship.
* A mine or cave just experienced a huge jolt and everything has just caved in and all lights are out.
* Last living human on a small barren island with two tigers.
* A Tsunami is roaring towards you and you’re still in the middle of a beach.
* A doctor tells your family to make funeral arrangements.
* The executioner is about to pull the lever.

I think you get my point. It does appear inevitable you’re done for. Time to go to the other side. However, I am not convinced there is the other side. In fact, we’re still all on the same side and that’s life.

Are Your Dreams Fulfilled?

The rest of your life is at hand. You must choose. Most of us have dreams, but the vast majority simply kept them buried and lost. We’ve given up hope for the now. We wait until tomorrow for better times. But does it ever come? Then you at death’s door; your final hour has come and regrets and what ifs come and haunt you.

Dreams are often lost and then regreted when death comes to claim us. Yes, I’ve known people who have confided in me their regrets. But I have also come to experience some of my elder’s passing in sheer regret that their dreams have never been met. They have evn asked if I would fulfil them. Then I had actually experienced my very own. However, the Almighty has given me the grace to see my one great dream to fruition.

What my friends and mentors have discussed so often is to live your dreams like your life will end in the morning. You see, to fulfil one’s dreams, one must literally live it, be it and become it’s calling. Just as in the Law of Attraction, what you live to become becomes. Only then can you say you have lived your dream.
