Good vibes versus bad vibes. We are inundated with vibrations of all sorts in our very busy lives. Each vibes vie for our attention and try to influence us and our thinking. Right, who wins?

Vibrations Are Everywhere

Our world is made up of atoms and atoms are made up of energy, so science proves to us. In fact, these energies are constantly vibrating at different rates and intensities, thus all the “things” that we see, use and work with around us. In fact, we, as sentient beings can and do emit our own vibrations and can deliberately cause them to be manipulated in some way. This universe is also made up of the energies that will duplicate those vibrations and give us what we vibrate. Thus the Law of Attraction.

The things we and the universe have created like the sun or our cell phone towers are constantly vibrating a whole bunch of frequencies and creating more of the same. And so are we. Thus the theories of quantum physics which scientists use to explain the unexplainable. However, they have proven many of these theories about creative vibrations to be true in our existence.

Good Vibes Versus Bad Vibes

Scary isn’t it? So many competing vibes everywhere and all around us. They seem to pulverise us with their creative ability and seem to over power our very own creativity to influence us to their will. Can we win against such overwhelming influences?

Well, first of all, when you worry and doubt your own vibrating power, you are dwelling in the energies that are influencing you. These are for want of a better influence, considered bad. These are the bad vibes you want to counter and overcome.

The good news is as taught by many who have found the truth about these vibes, is that feeling good are good vibes and are in a much higher frequency range than those bad ones. In fact, scientists have measured them to be hundreds of times higher in range than the bad vibes. Therefore, the vibes you want, the happy or good vibes are far stronger and can and will overcome the nasty ones you don’t want.

These bad vibes can literally make you sick and think badly about your own abilities. Microwaves form satelites, cell phones and microwave ovens are deadly detrimental to our health. Cancer and other neurological illnesses and effects have been recorded. To counter, don’t use them as much as possible. You can always eliminate  using the microwave oven for warming up and cooking food. You can minimize the use of cell phones and use an electromagnetic emission protection device. As for satelites, well, it’s best to carry a counter to these microwave energies. In fact, it has been shown that people (some are true healers like some monks) with great vibes can counter these electromagnetic waves.

Another way to counter these detrimental effects is to eat really good organic foods in sufficient quantities and quality for you. Lately vitamin D3 has been in the news that is a powerful healer, health enhancer and anti-cancer. Get it as a supplementation or use the sun in moderation without sun block (which is itself a powerful carcinogen). I use it and found my health improving by leaps and bounds. There are many more health enhancing ways to get healthy and imporove your vibes. You want them stronger.

How To Use Good Vibes

The existence of vibrations you emit is often met with skepticism. But I feel it may simply be the lack of knowledge. This idea only appeared to be generally known after the movie The Secret and the slew of books and audios available today. In fact, Albert Einstein and many of the genius scientists we recognize today expouse the power of the human mind and that everything are vibrations. Vibrations affect things. Therefore the human mind can affect things, other minds and events to occur. Smart man, Albert.

Do you realize we are all experts at manifestation with our vibes? You see, we have been so habituated and conditioned into doing and thinking in a certain way all our lives, our lives are the result of all that manifestation. That’s the good and bad news all rolled into one.

Now, for the use of your vibes to work the way you want things to be in your life, it must be used correctly. The instructions are very simple but to get it to be used the way you want it, requires all the “negative” habits you have built up throught the years to be converted to the “positive” habits you want. And because those habits are in most part very difficult to change, it seems impossible to change, but only at first. It can take years sometimes to change bad habits. Have no fear, when you keep repeating the good habits diligently, your vibes will change into the good.

Associate with like minded people who want to do the same thing. We can all them support groups. You can call them networking groups. But The best are really mastermind groups. Associate with people who have what you want as often as possible. Also, join clubs. If you want prosperity, join clubs that focus on prosperity. If you want to play golf, join a club. Meditate to strengthen your mind and body. Read the great books daily on what you want to achieve. Listen to audios and watch videos daily to help you achieve your goals. Find yourself mentors whom you resonate with. But above all, go do it!

Finally, for you to make things work for you, you must be practiced so that your vibes are very focussed as often as possible. Then those vibes must be as powerful as possible. You must feel really good when you think of what you want, otherwise you are countering and getting the opposite effect. You are what you think about most of the time. Be, and accept who you want to be. Build your dreams. The result you should find happening is that you have developed a burning desire to achieve your dreams. Nothing can stop, and no one can dissuade you. You’ll be feeling so happy with what you are doing, no matter how long it takes you will keep on driving towards your dreams.
