The body temple is sacred to you. No one else owns it. Your well being is what you make your body to be. The body temple really is the mind, body and soul as one is harmony. Build your knowledge to take great care of that body and not allow anyone to tell you how you feel. Feed your body with the most nutritious food with the best supplements you can find. Exercise the way that is best for you. Take up work and activities that are best suited to you. Build wealth to your comfort. Care for your family the same way.

Keep your sacred body temple healthy
Your body is sacred. If you had been taking your health for granted and abusing your body, then think for a moment and wonder why you say ‘this is my body’ and someone else will say ‘that is your body’. If you keep a pet or have children you must love them and do what you can for their well being right? Then so it is that you must do so for your body.
How you can maintain great and strong really begins in your mind. You can actually feed that mind and give it a powerful workout. Just like feeding and working out for your body, there are exercises you can use.
To feed your mind, you can use a number of things like listening to beautiful classical music or play classical instrument music or you can sing. Read great personal development books that encourage you to build wealth and improve well being. Listen to great speakers to inspire you.
For a powerful mental workout, you can begin with meditation and then use a meditative exercise like yoga, chi-gong or tai-chi. Focus on what you love to do and go through the exercises on building it. It might be a hobby or it might be a wealth building project.
These things will develop your mental attitude and keep you in a powerful and happy state all the time. You can tell how happy your vibrations are when your friends, family and pets treat you the way that makes you happy.
Your Body Is Your Responsibility
Your body is your responsibility. You see, you have the natural healing power that no one else has. Each person is unique. Case in point: when you see a doctor for what ails you, why does he or she ask how you feel? It’s how you feel that matters. If you take a drug and you feel worse, why must you let someone else tell you that it’s normal? If you feel bad, you are feeling bad. You want a better way to make you feel better. And in feeling better, are you going to be feeling better and feeling healthier in the long run? It’s like being prescribed aspirin to take care of a back ache but you take so much that you liver fails and you might die. Perhaps something else like exercise might have saved your life?
When someone gives advice in any publication it is the inevitable ‘talk to your doctor’. That’s a terrible mistake on your part if you do. The doctor does not take care of your health. YOU must take the responsibility for your health. The doctor can only make a diagnosis, also known as an educated guess on what may be wrong. Too many people abuse their bodies to the extreme and expect a doctor to work miracles to heal or cure you. They can’t. They can try to alleviate your pain. It is your body that wants to heal you. And then I really don’t want to get into the drug use after that either.
A sick body cannot be in harmony because it is not treated as sacred. If you decide to put a lot of drugs into your body, that is your responsibility first of all. That’s regardless of governments, military, drug pushers, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies, doctors or hospitals. You can say no and use what nature intended.
You And Nature Bring Health
It is your thoughts or attitudes that keep you in a healthy state. Mother Nature has seen to that. It is natural for your body to want to constantly heal itself. A healthy thinking attitude keeps you healthy. You automatically want to eat better food. You want to have fun with exercise in the sun and fresh air. You automatically honour your body. Your mind always wants to build greater well being no matter what it might be.
For example, being in the sun for about half an hour in your bathing suit around mid-day will give you enough vitamin D3 for several days. Vitamin D3 has many hundreds of research example done to show that it cures cancer and helps you heal while maintaining a truly healthy body, including protecting one from cold and flu. But that is if you do not block out the UVB in some way.
Most of us are brainwashed into believing that the sun’s rays cause cancer so most of us either stay out of the mid-day sun or if we sun bathe, slather on the carcinogen that is the sun block. That which is not natural will always hurt you in some way. The most common things we do to hurt ourselves is to think about everything in a bad way. The negative emotions keep us feeling bad and in a state of potential sickness.
Why deliberately try to scramble nature up like breaking eggs and hoping it still becomes a chick? So, let’s work with nature and let it do what it nature does best and that is to bring harmony and health to our body temple. Nature is sacred in the way it keeps us strong.
