Weight Loss should be easy and fun. You see, the mistake most people make is to put their focus squarely on what they don’t want only. This will guarantee that they, you as a client and the fatty tissue will come back for more. You know you’re one of them if you’ve been losing the weight loss battle. And it appears so incredibly difficult when in fact, it should never be so. I understand your pain and I have organised a Meetup just for you. Take the unwanted weight off and keep it off.

Weight Loss Mistakes Are Embarrassing

Weight Loss example of what this method at my Meetup can do.

But why oh, why don’t these embarrassing places go down and then stay down for the count? You lost some and then gained even more. The answer is strange at first but simple. Just ask yourself this very simple but profound question “What have you been focussing on?” As you began your weight loss effort, were you feeling quite unhappy about yourself?

You had a discovery and an epiphany to get rid of all that unwanted ‘jiggly stuff’ that hangs embarrassingly from your middle, your arms, your thighs and of course the infamous gluteus maximus. There was this fantastic sounding fancy diet along with a piece of advice to do it all this way and that. Perhaps you even splurged on a weight loss course or maybe even a coach for a few months.

Then to your even greater dismay, all the junk food started to show even more prominently than ever before your weight loss program. It seems like there is a Biggest Mac hanging off your buns and the beer from last week is still advertising itself from your middle. The salad lunch is grumbling and rumbling from somewhere inside you but you’re still so damned hungry. You’ve blown your budget and feeling worse than ever. You’re in despair. Your best efforts failed. This is when you simply give up.

A Better Weight Loss Battle Plan

If you’re reading this far, I’d like to reward you with some very simple workable tips you can use right away. And, as a bonus, you can even save a lot of money on food and drop the costly ‘experts’ too.

Yes you can do it. What you really want is a much better battle plan than you used to find the real you. NOT something else someone told you, you should be. You only need to focus on 3 very simple concepts to locate and bring out the real you.

1) Mental Focus

Focus on your goal. If you want to lose fat, then focus your mind on building muscle. One of the most common fitness approaches that are failing miserably is error of focus. Most people typically attempt to get less fat or less unfit instead of lean and fit. Why do you want to get less unhealthy rather than healthy?

The wrong mindset may have got you used to not achieving your goals, so you set your bar lower and lower until you automatically want to fail. That’s has become your emotional normal since everyone else you think you know can’t either. Emotions are triggered by past experiences, beliefs and habitual neurotic events which in turn affect our mental attitudes or mindset.

Healthy emotions beget healthy mindsets which in turn create good emotions. Think and begin feeling good to get off to a roaring great start on being physically healthy.

2) Exercise

Muscles need work to stay in shape. But the type and intensity of exercise will determine if you want to build muscle or build stamina. Most people have been conditioned to think that to get fitter or build muscle you must train until you drop. This can damage your body and sets you up for failure if your purpose does not match that kind of workout. Therefore, focus on the exercises that fit your lifestyle. You’ll be much happier about your body.

Another aspect of weight loss, fitness and getting into shape must be told here. The older you get, the faster your muscles atrophy if you’re not regularly engaging in appropriate exercise. As we age, our muscles respond less and less well to sudden or intense bouts of exercise. So the key to avoiding sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) is to challenge your muscles with short but intense exercise on a regular basis throughout your life. Just remember, it’s never too late to start – in baby steps.

3) Nutrition

There are two primary factors involved in effective fitness nutrition (regardless of your age):
1. A high-protein, low-carbohydrate diet.
2. A diet high in certain amino acids.

Good wholesome food which are certified organic or non-GMO can be a chore to find. And the costs can sometimes drive you to eat into your budget. To prepare these foods can take a tremendous amount of time and effort. You’ll be in despair trying to put together such meals for yourself and your family. That is not to say, you shouldn’t. By all means, enjoy your meals. It’s just that too many chores like cooking every day can put you off any dietary planning. Trust me, I know.

Modern day living calls for a very different approach. You want to save time and money for things like going to the beach and getting into that sexy, killer suit.

A better way is to get all that fitness nutrition you need at a cost far lower than your meals (which includes junk food – be honest, now). In fact if there is a meal replacement that is absolutely delicious, comes with your choice of natural flavours and saves you money wouldn’t this be a godsend? Then to top it off, add the right nutrition packages aimed squarely at your fitness goals and to beat those hunger pangs too?

The Easy and Fun Weight Loss Meetup

Sceptical? Well so was I, at first. And then the pounds melted off and I still had more hard earned cash in my pocket for that gorgeous skinny suit. There wasn’t anything to hide anymore. I got it all off and it stayed off. Time to show off a little, right?

As you must realize by now physical health is very much connected to emotional and mental health. Being physically healthy makes you feel confident and tend to do the things you enjoy. No more worrying. Just focus on your fitness goals, wellness and your nutrition, all the while feeling better and better about yourself.

Immediate action is key to putting your wellness goals into place in a very simple way you can follow. You’ll actually have fun with it every day. Just imagine; you get up on the weighing scale in happy anticipation of losing some weight every single day.
