One cannot fail to notice anyone who feels angry emotions. It is one of those emotions that takes control of the being and attacks everyone. Imagine a grouchy dog in your home which bites everyone just because it can. Or if you’ve been at the receiving end of a crazed animal attack, you’d understand. Anger knows no bounds. Anger is one of the most powerful emotions that lash outwardly. If there is a person in your home who is carrying a huge amount of anger, you’d know it because you’d feel it. I use the example of an angry dog because it is most commonly known and experienced. You hear it, see it and sometimes are on the receiving end of it. It’s frightening to say the least. And then do you get angry at this dog’s owner?
Anger can spread e.g. angry dog bites someone, someone gets angrier at dog owner.
Anger Can Be Virulent
Anger spreads like an out of control virus in a confined space in the middle of winter. Just walk into a room or even a building with a super angry person around. You can’t help but feel that bristling on your very skin. In fact, people have been recorded simply leaving the place because they feel so insecure.
If you’ve observed prison guards or a military commanded in a fit of anger, you’ll witness some of the most heinous of treatments ever on the men or women in that command. Then just as quickly in the name of self preservation, you’ll see that the anger spreads exponentially. One soldier or prisoner displays even more anger toward another. It goes on until there is an explosion of violence. And vey often something else can also occur. It ends very abruptly. But by then, much damage had already been done.
Power Of Angry Emotions
All emotions with tremendous energy can generate such powerful vibrations they can affect many people. It affects your sphere of influence most but also other people outside of that. That’s how this universe works. But I am making special mention of anger because of the way it can be used to lash outwardly at everyone indiscriminately. Also, it is the most common emotion that anyone can experience and see.
How will you know if there is anger somewhere within anyone’s psyche or behaviour? The most obvious is of course an argumentative attitude and sometimes followed by violence. And at its most subtle, but sometimes even more dangerous is the attitude of blame. This angry person blames everything that comes her way. If anything fails, it’s that thing’s or other person’s fault. This person will typically reach out and blame widely. Remember the terrible neighbourhood gossip or that relative who’s been back stabbing you? Just like a dream stealer and angry with the world, no one else is allowed to be happy if this person cannot.
I’ve lived through anger myself and it’s not pleasant because I lost friends and customers just by being in the room with them. How it began was because I was for many decades at the receiving end of some severe anger issues and being in a country where escape from such a situation was equivalent to a death sentence, I became like them as a self defence. Yes, anger can spread.
But, there is good news about anger. Since it contains so much power, it can be turned around very quickly. You see, what goes up fast, also crashes just as quickly. The resulting energy can be used to actually make one take a happy route. But that’s if you want to feel happiness. Yes, one would. You see, once you’ve been through all that destruction forced upon your life, you have likely hit rock bottom. It is a place in life that you will wish on no one. Yes, you’ll relish in the false power of being the ultimate angry bitch until there is no one else to dump on but yourself.
That’s when you look in the mirror one day and see that anger very clearly and firmly stamped on your face. You may have already lost many loved ones and goodness knows how many more you’ve hurt. That is the day, in fact, the moment you turn around and instead make your very powerful move towards finding happiness.
