Being in the moment of a powerful eventful presence can be likened to an orgasm.  In that fleeting moment what you capture is euphoric.  But to arrive at such an event requires exceptional focus and acceptance of being in that space and time. This is an experience during a deep and experiential mediation.

Being in the Moment

Having orgasmic experience is not about sex. It is more than sex.  It is the closeness and unification of the two souls for that moment experience.

- It is the absence of any distraction whether good or bad.
- It is also the moment of freedom from guilt or any justification.
- It is a moment which does not require any obedience or judgment from others or self.
- In this moment there is no past, present or future.
- It is a moment as is.
- What this world holds in that moment is what the seeker is searching for, and that is pleasure.

Why do people seek such pleasure?
• They are looking for freedom from pain or sorrow.
• For some life has become too tedious looking for excitement, this is the moment of high.
• It is a place where there is no responsibility of the reality of this world.
• It is a place of pleasure and joy.

Such moments are impossible to experience in the presence of disgusted feeling, dissatisfied feeling, and frustration or worry. If there are underlying issues with a partner or even other loved ones, it creates mistrust and doubt. The mind then is preoccupied with being the ‘guard’ of our life, and would not allow us to experience such a moment of pleasure.

Often times we heard of being in the moment. In this case, being in the moment is referred to as is not just about the absence of the past or the future thoughts, but rather to include the awareness of the things surrounding us also:  such as the breeze, the rain drops, the baby’s cries, conversation in the background or all the activities going around us.

When we can be aware of all that surrounds us, in that moment we become immersed into all the energies around us; affecting our hearing, our thinking, our feeling, our touch, our senses. We then experience oneness.

When we are able to let go of all thoughts, beliefs, notions or ideas of any kind, the moment of trust and compassion enter.
When two souls (2 bodies or 2 souls combine…perhaps combining your body and soul in ecstacy) conceptually agree for that experience of the moment without any consequences, the energy arises to allow the body to experience the pleasure and make known its presence.

This is Being in the MOMENT.
