Personal Development Mantra

Dear friends, I have been on this personal development journey for many years now. Yet, I am often surprised by my own past determination when I began. Once in a while it is good to look into one’s written notes. Treasures can be found. You often find the journey you have vowed to take in writing. Here is one such gold nugget. That was written as a mantra in my formative years and it still applies today. Perhaps, you could say it laid a foundation for me to stand on so many years ago.

The Mantra

I don’t let little petty things occupy my mind and space.
I bring peace to my life, my family, my work, where ever I go.
I think thoughts that are positive, proactive and progressive
I take actions only that are fulfillment towards my highest goals.
I give out peace, love, harmony, joy to those around me that deserve it.
I play by the rules, yet I am not confined by others rule that confirm, restrict my work, my fulfillment.
I owe my highest respect for myself, my work, my mission, my desire.
I love, honour and accept who I am.
There is nothing, no one that I need to subjugate myself to them.
I am my own creator, master, and developer myself.
I am responsible for my actions only.
I have the highest respect for others, their own actions, decisions; my place is not to judge them.
I have the highest regard, respect for the universe, energy, nature, elements that support us, our living.
I give respect to intelligence, wisdom, and creation.
Not to ignore, rebuke the wisdom, truth from the universe.
I love life, life experiences, and the growth and wisdom that accompany and grow beyond.
There is no measure of success, achievements that is timely, limited, conform to any shape or form.
I bless all that exist and non-existence.
I do and work with highest, purest honour, love, integrity, dedication, compassion to fulfill my needs and the need of the human fellow beings.
I do not dwell in the past, but rather focus on the progressive present and work towards a successful future.
Not living in guilt, fear, false ego, and pride.
Patience is a virtue, yet too patient can lead to miss opportunity of success.
Not all doctrines are to be accepted as truth and ultimate.
Always weigh the so-called truth others offer.
Truth has many faces, depends where you are in life, your growth or how you accept the truth.
You will know when it is not the truth.

Keep moving one, no matter what.
Not giving up until I see success.
When I hear my own inner voice from my being within, I know it is the truth.
When I allow myself to be without judgment along with “what, ifs or should bes”.
I approach everyone, every situation with no pre-notions, and hear it as if I am hearing it for the first time.
I do not cloud my mind with pre-notions as it does not allow someone a fair chance in life.
To hide my potential, skills, and talents behind worry, fear, low-esteem, no confidence is being totally sinful and against the universal law.
I serve no one, not even myself by playing small, meek, victim, naïve, ignorant, stupid and a door-mat.
Not seeing someone with clouded lenses, but strive as best I can.
Not just my physical existence that I should be concerned about, but how honorable have I been to MY soul? MY spirit? MY being? MY Mind? MY Body?
I allow myself to learn, practice the great and grow everyday.
I respect those that are taking their time and effort to teach and reach out to others.
I respect those in trying times who did not give up, continued to practice their desires with dignity, honour and integrity even when it seemed like a losing battle.
Success is not measured by how much money we have in our bank account, how big our gifts were to others, where we live, what kind of jobs we hold, what culture or religion we believe or belong to, which county we are from, how famous our family name is, which neighbourhood we live in, are our children from Harvard…., and list can go on.
The point is that ….
Success is how well you accept, adopt, adjust what life has given you and that you are content, fulfilled.
Accept with grace, gratitude the end result.

There is no coincidence, just like us connecting over the internet. There is no mistake that you are reading my message.
There is no mistake; we all are just different by birth and the influence we receive when we are growing.
We only seem different.
What seemed to work 2 years ago, does not apply to your need or growth today, yet it is perfectly suited for someone else.
We differ, but if we are to blame, find fault, waste our energy entertaining negative thoughts we remain where we are, or perhaps backwards, not forward.
Believe me the cycle is 360 degrees what goes around returns to the sender…..and you are the only one that have the right and the capability to stop that….if you wish to and why not? When? Right NOW!
Why should we?
If we don’t, we lose sight, focus, ability, potential to have great relationship, be healthy, be rich, be joyful, peaceful, and happy, and find your purpose in life and most importantly You Need To Find YOU!
Your lot in life is yours to be responsible for…not mum, not dad, not society.
You want to eventually sing your own music, dance your own tune and direct your life, not entrust onto someone else…YOU are responsible for YOU.
Guess what happens next?
You become responsible and enjoy more of life than you have never done so before.
