To end bad habits for your end of year resolutions is perhaps the most important thing you can do just before you try to launch into your great New Year plans for 2012. Think about it. You want to get started and go at great speed. Why weigh yourself down? Racers in any sport try to reduce weight in order to go faster and more efficiently. Race car drivers prefer to reduce weight and that of their cars and opt to carry more fuel. But here are some ways you can tune yourself up for much better performance by removing most or all of your bad habits. Let’s begin with the major ones.

1) Boost Your Health Practices
A stronger body and mind will have a clearer thinking brain. Your vibes will be far stronger for you to get your wishes faster. The fitter you are the more vigorously you can attack your goals positively.

See natural healthcare providers like herbalists regularly. Use Aromatherapy or Energetic Rebalancing.  Check your body pH and do a body cleanse like a Candida Elimination Program. Buy a water filtration and get rid of all that chemical junk. Use a portable shower filter when you travel. Get a Chiropractic Adjustment done – helps you think better because you’ll feel much better. 3) End All Your Excuses
Doesn’t it just drive you up the wall when someone you see is hurting themselves? You offer the perfect and correct advice but this person gives you all sorts of excuses why they can’t or just won’t do it.

This holiday season is coming to an end, so make that mean the excuses have to end too. It’s time to get into the habit of truly taking care of you. What can you do to end your excuses? I can’t do that for you. Only you can. But if you do the above 2 sections, you’re actually well on your way there.

What inspires you? Remember, look at what’s all around you and find what truly irks you. What elates you in place of that which terrifies you is what you really want. It should make you happy. Then that may actually be your inspiration to the dream you want. Put it another way. Get a mastermind of friends and identify your most destructive habits and get rid of them.
