We wait for our happiness to come. If we knew happiness is present at all times why would we struggle so hard and get angry we don’t have it – like Abraham Hicks puts it? Inadvertently, that aggravation pushes away the very joy we seek. You fight to win. After today’s fulfilment, the shadow of sadness creeps in for tomorrow. But wait a minute. Happiness is already there! It’s already here. Wherever I want it to be, happiness is mine anytime and at anyplace. Then why do I despair so?
Happiness is not Dependent on Success

Satisfaction returns and I feel so FREE and dare I say, “I’m happy”? Yes, it feels that elation. Joy wants me even more than I know it is there for me. One only accepts happiness, and you are. There is no need to force your mind to accept it, to desire it nor even to work your way toward happiness. It is actually so incredibly easy to achieve.
People say getting it all is enjoyment but the most enlightened joy and happiness is without anything or condition.
You must know, that you and I are co-creators – doing all we want and not to need. Thus everything is possible when we trust in our world to deliver. This is the message from the heart to myself.
This is a power that can be caused by and be the cause of the ripple effect that travels through the universe we live. For example: I went to an event and met a singular and interesting person. It led to another event to meet another person. Then another event invitation brought me to a mass exposure which was what I originally entrusted myself to be happy with. It came to be. This is the calling of interconnectedness.
Growing Up Developing Into Joyless From Joy
The mind, with all those many years of fearing the contempt of joy, has developed or grown the cells, the mind, the DNA to declare the feeling of a high and addiction to sadness and despair. Yes, folks, feeling bad and using bad emotions to stir unhappy issues gives you that wonderful elation of failure. And man, you felt fantastic. You are one amongst the crowd – of losers!
You have forgotten the joyousness of a little child, full of wonder, full of adventure and smiling through it all. Her eyes take in the visuals, her mind trains upon the feelings and generate the happy cells and mind that is the soul she is borne of. Her energetic wonderment equals the energy that the universe offers. Her humanity accepts! That is joy.
I came home and found doing something is a chore. I felt unhappy. But this is developing false pleasure and high. The clock showed I was in this state of mind for an hour. This is self sabotaging my happiness I can derive from life I realised. It brought me home and doing the chores became a joy and a pleasure because joy is always with me. Everything was done in a matter of minutes. And yet, my mind, my voice and my soul were all singing the same vibrant tones!
Epitome of Happiness
Just like my statuesque golden laughing friend in the corner, I can experience the laughter from within. It’s no wonder billions of people revere the very epitome of the laughing Buddha. There’s happiness and prosperity present in everything you do or do not. What a great reminder.

If we belive our happiness is based on other people’s opinions, parents approval, society dogmas, our live are doomed. We tell ourselves, we are created in God’s image, and yet why do we experience conditional happiness or love?
Conditional happiness and love is a way to control others or let others control us. Then we have a very good excuse to blame others or ourselves. Thanks for your article. We need more like-minded people to speak up.
