I offer you this as a challenge. This is a mind shift challenge. In very simple terms, I challenge you to excel beyond your assumed limits. You only think you are at your best right now. Everyone can do better than they are now. You see, limiting beliefs hold you back. Determine to challenge yourself to do better than your assumed best and you will. That’s the way of champions.
Very Special Teachers’ Challenge

Challenge: Shift Your Mind And Be A Champion.
These teachers taught me about being a true champion. True champions lead by example. The true champion has an “I can do it attitude”. Situations may become tough but with the right help or encouragement and a new direction, they will pull through and pull off some remarkable accomplishments. Eventhough they be champions already, they exceed that accolade and win some more.
Champions know that once they stop learning and developing, they will start to fall behind. It’s not because they’ve run out of steam. It’s because once arrogance steps in, you think you know it all, you become unteachable and refuse to become better than you are. And that is why the wise champion also has a teacher or coach who will kick them in the rear end as a tacit reminder.
Once in a while a very special teacher would challenge me almost daily. Perturbed at first, I started to realize that these teachers were shifting my thinking. When the mind shifts, the behaviour patterns follow. However the direction of the mindshifts are important. You want to be challenged to excel. You want to achieve a greater level of performance. You want to be far more efficient in your activities. You want to do more with your output than ever before. You want to learn more techniques and your mindset to ever expand for more expertise and personal mastery. Your very special mentor can help you do that.
Choose Associations Wisely
A common problem is who do you listen to. I’ll offer you what I’ve been mentored and you can decide if it’s for you. Hint: it can help save you a lifetime of success.
a) Always look for the best association or club which are accomplished in what you want to achieve and join them. Attend their functions. Get to know the most accomplished members and learn from them. If they have course or make speeches, take notes. In fact when you discover new ideas, write them down in a notebook. Be an active participant and know all there is to know. Be one of the boys or gals. Endear yourself to the groups within. When invited, join those little groups. Success comes faster with who you know. And indeed, mastermind with them. Challenge yourself to equal or better your new friends.
b) Learn all you can from books, or other media about the subject you choose to champion. When you can’t find any more information, think outside the box and ask for more from any expert you can find. There will be an almost infinite amount of knowledge to be achieved. Grow your mind to what is possible.
c) Associate with those experts who have already achieved what you want. There is a ton of wisdom to be gained from them. They generate the vibes that will encourage you to change you. Your mind will stretch even more. Your mind will shift and you will automatically want to achieve what they have or even excel these champions. You will challenge yourself. If they can do it, so can you. As you excel, you will realize that you can never stop learning. Each new champion you meet will become a new teacher or mentor.
How have you challenged yourself to become a champion? Have you undergone such a mind shift?

Good stuff. I am returning to an organization where I can associate with the types of minds that will foster my growth. I am also a part of a mastermind group of entrepreneurs that have similar mindsets.
