How do you ensure your future? Empower your children. You are empowering yourself too. Think about it for a moment. Empowered children invariably become independent and never a future burden upon you or society. In the act of empowering your children you are training yourself in more of the same. And who knows? Perhaps your children will become your allies and assets for your business and lifestyle in the future.
Start When They Are Young

Be wise. Start teaching your children the right habits as soon as possible. It can be as simple as using the potty and the washroom independently or washing their hands. Washing hands after toilet use and shaking hands while minding their p’s and q’s is always an asset. Praise liberally and avoid punishment but use a measure of discipline.
Why take all that trouble? Take it from a mum of 3. Well behaved children with a good measure of common sense are such trouble free ones. In fact, I find people wanting to help out these kids more often than not. Baby sitting is seldom an issue. They are easily tutored in many things that give them street smarts. They have many mentors because they can become such a pleasure to teach.
The result is that well taught children grow up with a very strong sense of living well. Their energy becomes very much an asset to you in whatever you want to accomplish. In fact, they will be concerned for you and help out when they can. They have learned the importance of passing on the movies and helping mum fix that broken sink.
Never Too Late To Start
It really is never too late to start. OK, your rapport may not have been the best for a long time, but with desire and purpose, your vibes can change and children being so close to you, they will feel it. They will come around. Of course, never do so with selfish intent. It should always be a win, win situation. Again, they will know and you can rebuild your relationship at record speed. Love, consideration, well chosen words and deeds can go a very long way to demonstrate that you are doing the best for them.
By example you lead and they will follow that example. It’s natural. Even if your children are already fully grown, you can still help them by changing your vibes so that it is best for them. And these vibes also affect you in an outstandingly positive way. Try it. You will be elated at the results.
Always think the very best for your children. It’s very much like a romance. That love of a parent never ends. Use it. It may take a little time, so be patient. But so many events and great things have come about so much so that I absolutely recommend that you do.
One last point. Watch Donald Trump and his children. Do you admire or envy their incredible rapport? Lifestyle aside, notice the great Rapport they have with each other. Now how do you think they got to be that way? And remember, their lives have also been quite interesting from a business and marriage standpoint. They did not really have smooth sailing did they? Obviously, Trump’s children have been well developed and truly empowered.
